Website content
Portfolio images, blog posts, venue pages, and other content are for general information and inspiration. We strive for accuracy but do not warrant that all content is complete or current. Availability of dates and services is confirmed only through direct communication.
Inquiries and bookings
Submitting an inquiry form does not create a binding booking. A date is secured only when we confirm in writing and any required retainer or agreement is completed. Cancellation, travel fees, and service details are governed by your service agreement, not solely by these website terms.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site — including attempting to disrupt services, scrape content at scale without permission, submit spam or malicious files, or use the inquiry forms for purposes unrelated to our services.
Intellectual property
Site design, branding, and original text belong to Hair & Makeup by Amanda Zack or our licensors. Photographs may be credited to the photographers named on the site; please respect their rights when sharing.
